Overview

: A Japanese trading company seeks a Sales & Logistics Operations Coordinator . This position is responsible for developing customers, managing supplier relationships with overseas suppliers (mainly in Japan), coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duties

:

• Conduct sales for chemical and raw material products; identify and develop new customers, and manage existing accounts.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships; attend meetings and events to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; negotiate pricing and terms; coordinate deliveries and contracts.
• Record and monitor sales activities; support customers with samples and product info; report market trends.
• Attend trade shows and business events; travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounting teams on shipping, payments, and documentation; ensure on-time delivery and proper record management.
• Provide accurate order and delivery information; resolve issues; respond promptly to clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with corporate clients and internal teams.
• Fliency in Japanese is a plus.
• Ability to accurately handle numerical data and basic calculations, and to understand the content of graphs and charts.
• Ability to interpret contracts and proposals accurately, think flexibly according to the situation, and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create and analyze reports as needed.
