Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships. This role involves managing company generated leads as well as self generated leads in the residential HVAC market . The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct in-home assessments on company and self generated sales leads, build relationships with clients, understand customer needs, recommend appropriate equipment to satisfy their needs.
• Recommend and sell HVAC products, provide detailed quotes, write proposals, and design custom systems for residential properties.
• .Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technical aspects like building science, load calculations, and duct design.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to the product portfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Experience
• Minniumum 5 years HVAC sales experience
• Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in account management, territory management, and lead generation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with software such as Service Titan or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for conducting product demos and closing deals.
• Background in HVAC sales is a must. Strong background in heat pumps and mini splits a must.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
