Responsibilities

:

• Learn the technical & workflow needs of our Law Enforcement, Corrections, and DA clients, and adapt Coreforce solutions to solve.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
• Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities.
• Provide professional responses to customer RFPs/RFIs.
• Capture requested product features and provide feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

:

• Associate's degree in engineering or computer science (or 5+ years relevant experience).
• Strong adaptive skills, and the ability and desire to keep up with the latest new technologies.
• Effective presentation skills, technical acumen.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and clients at a time.
