Catholic Mutual Group (CMG), established in 1889, is the leading provider of property, liability, and employee benefit coverage and related services for the Catholic Church throughout the United States and Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Member Services Account Manager. Position

Overview

The Member Services Account Manager is responsible for managing property and casualty coverage programs for Catholic institutions. This role involves coordinating all areas of coverage, serving as a client liaison, and cultivating strong member relationships. You'll work closely with senior leaders and provide day-to-day servicing, problem-solving, and analysis of unique coverage programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate property and casualty coverage programs Serve as the primary liaison for Catholic institutions and senior leaders Maintain positive client relationships and respond to servicing needs Identify opportunities for improvement and provide tailored solutions Analyze and support unique coverage programs across member organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service skills Ability to travel (approximately 10%) Professional insurance designation preferred but not required
