As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you'll represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset --delivering unbeatable offers and building lasting customer relationships. What You 'll Do

• Engage residential customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T's latest promotions and service bundles
• Present offers confidently and clearly through natural, unscripted conversations
• Build rapport quickly and address customer questions or objections effectively
• Track leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales within assigned territories
• Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and positive energy
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Requirements

• No prior experience required -- training is provided
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a high-energy team
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
• Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
