What You'll Do

• Visit storm-impacted neighborhoods and offer free roof inspections
• Educate customers on insurance-related roof replacement
• Develop relationships through door-to-door outreach and scheduled appointments
• Attend team trainings and work alongside top-performing mentors
• Represent Linear Roofing during customer and adjuster meetings What You Need
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence and a self-starter mentality
• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
• Ability to climb roofs or a drone
• Active LLC (required for 1099 role)

Compensation

• Commission-based: $85,000-$350,000+ potential
• You control your schedule and income
