We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Live Stream Sales Specialist to represent our clients' well-known brands--including shapewear, designer vintage goods, sneakers, and makeup --during live- streaming sessions, showcasing and selling products directly to online audiences. In this role, you will be the face of our clients' brands, demonstrating product features, answering questions in real-time, and driving customer engagement to boost sales. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in front of the camera, has a passion for selling, and enjoys connecting with audiences.

• Host live-streaming sessions to showcase and sell products on e-commerce platforms.
• Present product features, benefits, and demonstrations in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Interact with the live audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community during streams.
• Create an energetic and entertaining environment that attracts and retains viewers.
• Meet sales goals and track performance metrics for each live-streaming session.
• Ensure high-quality live streams by setting up appropriate lighting, camera angles, and audio before sessions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in live streaming and e-commerce to continuously improve performance.
• Content creation, planning, and promotional strategies for upcoming live streams.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live-streaming schedules.
• Able to effectively communicate and report to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Sales and TikTok experience preferred: Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly advantageous.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with viewers.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a natural ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
• Ability to multitask and handle real-time interactions while demonstrating products effectively.
• Basic knowledge of live-streaming platforms and social media tools is a plus.
• Must be proactive, creative, and adaptable to changing scenarios during live broadcasts.
• Reliable, with a professional attitude and strong time management skills.
