Job Title: Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

About Us

: We are a well-established signage company with over 50 years of experience in Canada. We specialize in providing high-quality signage solutions for government departments, plaza owners, property management companies, Retail clients and builders. We are now expanding into the U.S. market and are looking for a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including government agencies, property managers, and commercial builders.
• Present and promote our signage solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with our Canadian team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the signage, construction, or property management industries.
• Strong network and contacts within the U.S. market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Compensation

: This is a commission-only position. Earnings are based on sales performance, with competitive commission rates and potential bonuses.
