Overview

Caelis is seeking a motivated individual for our Sales Manager Trainee program. This is a career development role designed to train a high-potential candidate from the ground up to eventually lead a sales team. This is a full- time, employee position with a base salary plus uncapped commission. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

):

• Initially, you will master our sales process by working alongside our team in a retail environment to promote Primo brand products across partner locations.
• You will learn to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.
• You will participate in mandatory training sessions focused on sales leadership, team management, and business strategy.
• Upon successful completion of the initial training phase, you will be responsible for mentoring new hires and assisting with team performance tracking.
• This role is designed to transition into a full Sales Manager position with team leadership responsibilities. What We Require:
• No previous management experience required; we are looking for leadership potential.
