HVAC Sales Supervisor (Residential) - Aubrey, TX Sailor 's Air & Plumbing | Full-Time | DFW/North Texas Sailor's Air & Plumbing in Aubrey, TX is hiring an HVAC Sales Supervisor to lead our residential HVAC sales efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run leads, close deals, and coach a team to perform at a high level.

What You'll Do

• Run residential HVAC replacement appointments (retail + tech-generated leads)
• Close deals through professional in-home presentations and options
• Coach and hold the team accountable to sales activity + results
• Manage pipeline and follow-up in ServiceTitan
• Heavily prospect and drive new opportunities for the team What We're Looking For
• HVAC experience + residential replacement sales background
• Prior leadership/management experience (Supervisor/Lead/Manager)
• Strong closer with great communication + customer skills
• Self-driven, organized, and growth-minded
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred (or willing to learn fast) What You Get
