We are a well-established Property & Casualty insurance agency with nearly 20 years of serving our community. Our success is built on long-term relationships, education, and producers who understand how to build and manage a sales pipeline. This is not a customer service role. This is a sales position for someone who wants ownership over their results and income. Insurance experience is helpful -- but not required. Sales discipline is required. What You 'll Do

• Build, manage, and consistently work a personal sales pipeline
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and creative sourcing
• Educate clients on coverage to support long-term retention
• Follow up persistently before and after the sale
• Grow and maintain a book of business
• Work independently while collaborating with a small, driven team What We 're Looking For
• Prior sales experience (insurance, financial services, B2B, or commission-based roles preferred)
• Confidence speaking with prospects and handling objections
• Strong follow-up and organizational habits
• Self-motivation and accountability
• Ability to obtain a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license quickly
