Hudson County Motors, a third-generation family-owned truck dealership, is looking for Parts Counter Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Assist retail, shop, and phone customers with selecting and purchasing required parts in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate price quotes, product information, and recommendations.
• Review repair and body shop estimates for accuracy and pricing.
• Pull, fill, and tag orders for delivery or pickup.
• Locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders when necessary.
• Follow up on backorders and notify appropriate staff or customers when parts arrive.
• Maintain and replenish assigned inventory daily.
• Process returns and issue credits according to company policies.
• Support outside sales representatives with orders and delivery coordination.
• Stay current on new products, updates, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous automotive or heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management systems a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time (40-45 hours per week), including occasional Saturdays.
