Insurance Sales Producer - Acquisition Team Base $40,000 + OTE $95,000-$135,000+ Plano / Coppell, TX | In-Office | Full-Time THIS IS A HUNTING ROLE. READ CAREFULLY. We are a top-performing captive insurance agency building a dominant acquisition team. This role is not about nurturing accounts, long reviews, or slow relationship- building. This role is about: Activity. Speed. Volume. Closing. If you're a hungry wolf who wants a stable base, real leads, uncapped upside, and a scoreboard that rewards output -- keep reading. THE MISSION Bring in as many new customers as possible. We have a dedicated in-book team that handles renewals, service, and consultative reviews. You hunt. They farm. DAILY & MONTHLY EXPECTATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) This role has clear standards. You will be expected to:

• 75 outbound calls per day
• Minimum of 10 new household quotes per day
• $50,000+ in new premium per month
• Consistent daily execution -- not bursts, not excuses If these numbers excite you, you'll thrive here. If they intimidate you, this role is not a fit. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Quote and close auto, renters, home, and bundled accounts
• Follow a tight script and proven sales process
• Move fast -- urgency matters

• Own your results and your number This is a transactional, fast-cycle sales role. You will talk to a lot of people. You will close a lot of deals. You will be held accountable. • Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Uncapped Commission
• On-Target Earnings: $95,000-$135,000+
