Nissan City of Springfield is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, Responsible for:

• Training, leading, and developing the sales staff
• Provide the sales department with exceptional customer service.
• Help find new ways to create new customers and to keep the existing customers.
• Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Actively participate in creating Social Media Content including Video and Pictures.
• Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas.
• MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!!

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive sales management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening.
• Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
• experience preferred.
