And we're looking for sharp, driven individuals who are ready to do the same. What You 'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads -- no cold prospecting!
  • Help Spanish-speaking customers understand their insurance options and guide them to the right plan
  • Transfer interested customers to our licensed sales team
  • Build strong relationships and follow up consistently
  • Join daily team huddles, learn, improve, and WIN as a team
  • Receive ongoing coaching, training, and support from leadership
  • Track your progress and get rewarded for your performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Work Location: In person
