Full description of the position

Please read everything: As an Acquisition Agent , you'll work closely with our leadership team to source, evaluate, and acquire real estate investment properties across the DFW area. This role is perfect for a driven self-starter who thrives on independence, negotiation, and closing deals face-to-face. Having a real estate license is a plus, but not neccessary.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential off-market and on-market properties
• Contact property owners and build rapport to assess motivation to sell
• Visit properties in person throughout DFW to evaluate condition and gather details
• Analyze market data to determine fair offers and investment potential
• Negotiate directly with sellers and assist in preparing contracts
• Maintain accurate records and follow processes in our CRM [please apply online]

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable attending in-person property appointments across DFW
• Capable of making tough decisions and walking away from unfit deals
• Operates with integrity and professionalism at all times
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Real estate or sales experience preferred (not required)

Compensation

• Commission-only (percentage of profit on each closed deal)
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
• Ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities within the team Job Type: Contract Pay: $91,040.00 - $130,400.00 per year
