What You Bring

:

• Outside sales experience (HVAC, roofing, solar, alarms, pest control, or similar)
• Proven ability to generate your own leads (door-to-door, digital, partnerships, etc.)
• Self-motivated, accountable, and confident communicator
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus Deal Snapshot:
• Avg. ticket size: $8K-$12K
• Avg. commission per sale: $1,200-$2,000
