Job description Oakdale Heights Assisted Living, a welcoming senior living community in beautiful Redding, California, is looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Director to lead the growth of our Assisted Living. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to overcome objections and easily become well connected in the senior living industry. The Sales and Marketing Director or Community Relations Director is responsible for achieving high occupancy via direct sales with prospective residents and families.

Responsibilities

include lead generation, CRM management, touring, closing, monitoring sales metrics, meeting budgeted guidelines, establishing professional referral partners, hosting in-house events, building the community's digital reputation, growing social media presence, and marketing in the local community to healthcare and business entities that have influence on the senior market. Previous experience in the senior living industry or outside sales experience preferred. Must be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills who is flexible and capable of meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

:

• Maintain and exceed occupancy goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
• Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve community goals
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential referral sources
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Qualifications

:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies
• Skilled in analyzing market data and making informed, data-driven decisions
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing deals
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and tactics Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $100,000 year (salary plus commissions)
