Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and informative experience.
• Listen to customers' needs and present appropriate vehicle options.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and build trust with customers by answering their questions.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails.
• Encourage repeat business and referrals by establishing lasting customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and BDC to meet sales goals.
• Accurately document all sales activities and maintain an organized follow-up system.
• Achieve and maintain above-average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, organized, and goal-driven.
