Do you love designing kitchens, working with amazing people and earning a 6 figure income and actually have fun doing it? Our base salary starts at$ 41- $49K /year. Average designers make between $70k to over $100K+ annually with no cap limits through incentives and bonuses. About the Company Sincere Home Decor is a leading Kitchen and Bath dealer with 4 locations in the Bay Area. We are family owned and have operated since 1989. We specialize in selling Cabinets, Countertops, Appliances, Flooring, Tiles and much more. We have beautiful showrooms that present dream kitchens and bathrooms to homeowners and easy systems that make selling easy and hassle free. Job Opportunity: KITCHEN DESIGNER / SALES (EXPERIENCED or ENTRY LEVEL) Location: South San Francisco Ideal candidates are preferred to have experience and skill in:

• 20/20 Kitchen design software . If none, we will train
• Bathroom Design, Decorative Plumbing, Appliances, Countertops. If none, we will train.
• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish or Chinese)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Relationship building and closing skills are crucial
• Ability to work a retail schedule. Our showroom will be open Monday through Saturday with normal operating hours of 9:30am-5:30pm.

Compensation

: -Hourly rate salary ($20-24 depending on experience) + Bonuses & Incentives _

• Incentives and bonuses will have no caps and have unlimited earning potential - no probation period to qualify for incentive & bonus. _ -Medical Insurance -PTO (Pay Time Off) -Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
