• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
• Generate leads, develop new business, and close sales through calls, emails, and on-site visits
• Attend trade shows and networking events to expand your reach and reputation
• Prepare bids, negotiate contracts, and consistently achieve sales goals
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
• Travel to client sites as needed (valid driver's license required) What We 're Looking For
• Proven B2B sales experience - 2+ years required
• Restoration industry experience required
• Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to close deals and exceed goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel locally required
