Full description of the position

Position: Opener (Salary + Commission) This is the entry-level sales role on our team. You'll be responsible for calling warm and fresh business leads, engaging business owners, and setting up opportunities for our closers. What We Offer:

• Salary + Commission : Weekly base pay with uncapped commission.
• Progression Path : Training -> Junior Broker -> Senior Broker -> Team Leader (with overrides).

Compensation

Example

• Training Period : $600 weekly base + commissions.
• Junior Broker (post-training) : $700 weekly base + commissions.
• Senior Broker : $45,000+/year salary + higher commissions, bonuses, syndication opportunities, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify inbound & outbound leads (business owners).
• Generate interest and transfer to closers or set up appointments.
• Learn sales scripts and objection handling.
• Track performance metrics in CRM.
• Maintain a high activity level -- this is a phone-heavy role.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Competitive, money-driven, and motivated by growth.
