Responsibilities

:

• Greeting each patient who enters our dentist's office in a friendly and professional manner.
• Represent practice through the introduction of treatment and sales of services.
• Overcome potential barriers and/or objections from potential clients while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and return potential client's calls with exceptional service and in a genuinely warm and caring manner in pursuit of finding the clients true need....
• Provide superior patient service demonstrating sensitivity to patient needs.
• Educate patients on payment options and secure patient financial commitment to help them get the dental care. - Help form an adhesive team delivering exceptional customer service. Job

Requirements

: - 3-5 years of progressive dental office sales experience. - Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology - Demonstrate the ability to build relationships, with patients and staff. - Good communication skills are a must. - The ability to make decisions independently - Dentrix familiarity is a plus
