Vehicle Listing Coordinator - Automotive Tech Marketplace Location: Irvine, CA

Compensation

You'll manage 150+ warm inbound leads a day --no cold calling--helping sellers list their vehicles online, upload photos, and set up their listings with ease. What You 'll Do

• Call, text, and follow up with sellers to help them list their vehicles.
• Handle 150+ warm inbound leads daily -- no cold calling.
• Guide sellers through quick photo uploads and listing setup.
• Use CRM tools to stay sharp, organized, and efficient. What We 're Looking For
• Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
• Comfortable with tech, CRMs, and fast-paced multitasking.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated--you bring the spark.
