Summary We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Arrow Sign Company. This role is crucial for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting our comprehensive signage solutions across various markets. Although we are willing to train the right person, experience in heavy prospecting and project management is a preferred. Sign Industry experience is very desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling and research.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to installation.
• Manage each project sold from start to finish, with the support of the various internal departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, skilled trades, or signage industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Must be able to provide this.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction documents and projects.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving sales goals.
