Senior Sales Representative - Quartz Glass Manufacturing (B2B) Company: GM Quartz Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried GM Quartz is a family-owned manufacturer of quartz glass products serving technical and industrial markets, including semiconductor and related industries. We are seeking a senior sales professional to manage customer relationships, support new business development, and coordinate closely with internal teams. This role is primarily office-based. Occasional customer visits are part of the job, but day-to-day work is focused on account management, quoting, coordination, and consistent follow-through. This is a salaried position and does not include commission.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing customer accounts
• Identify and develop new opportunities within established markets
• Prepare quotes and manage pricing discussions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and scheduling to align customer requirements with internal capabilities
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with customers
• Track customer activity and opportunities using internal systems

Qualifications

• Senior-level B2B sales experience in manufacturing or technical products
• Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and constraints
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Sound judgment around pricing, lead times, and commitments
• Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Reliable, self-directed, and consistent in follow-through Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience selling or supporting quartz glass products
• Background in semiconductor, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
