Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Skills
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience with cash registers; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Excellent guest relations skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required.
• Culinary knowledge is beneficial for providing informed recommendations to guests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
