About the Role

: Applicants must be experienced in installing Auto Glass, operating Calibartion Equipment and Customer Service. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Glass Lead Technician to join our team at Auto Glass Brands LLC dba Nations Auto Glass in Milwaukee, WI. As the Lead Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our auto glass store, ensuring excellent customer service, and assist with managing a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

: As the Lead Technician you will be responsible for,

• Drive Store Sales and Oversee Expansion of the business
• Assist with overseeing the daily operations of the auto glass store
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist in quoting and scheduling work
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Actively participate in the installation of auto glass of all types What we offer:

• 1 week paid vacation the first year (Accrued within the first year) 2 weeks paid vacation after the secondary year (Based on a weekly accrual)

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of auto glass installation experience
• 2+ years of operating Calibration equipment experience
• 1+ years of experience developing commercial accounts
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to complete and pass a criminal background check
• Knowledge of auto glass products and services
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
