Duties

:

• Support: provide front line phone and email support, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions to pre-sales questions and post-purchase technical needs.
• Showroom Experience: Offer a premiere experience to potential online and in-person customers by vetting needs and interests
• Customer Experience Content: Identify and create technical bulletins, and media content

Requirements

• Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions
• Strong bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge
