Overview

: We are seeking an Experienced and motivated Sales Associate with Powersports experience to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

: - Greet and assist customers with a focus on building strong relationships and meeting their needs. - Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive sales support and outside sales efforts. - Collaborate with sales management to develop and maintain a sales pipeline. - Negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked. - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Demonstrate proficiency in math skills to accurately process sales transactions and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications

: - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. - Experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred. - Ability to negotiate and build rapport with customers. - Strong public speaking skills. - Familiarity with sales pipeline management and a passion for driving sales growth.
