Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers.
• Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, layouts, and product options.
• Create detailed proposals, quotes, and design recommendations.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial consultation to final order.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in outside sales within retail or construction-related industries; experience in sales or interior design is highly desirable
• Proficiency with 2020 Design CAD software
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and interior design principles
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
