Compensation

: $22/hr base salary + 0.50% - 1.00% commission on funded volume (uncapped)

Job Summary

: We are hiring a Working Capital & Equipment Finance Sales Associate with a proven funding and closing track record to join our Orange County team. This role is responsible for originating, qualifying, and closing business financing transactions through outbound outreach and consistent follow-ups. This position is not fully remote. Candidates must be located in Orange County, California and available to work on-site as required.

Requirements

(Mandatory):

• Must be located in Orange County, CA. Minimum 1 year of experience in: Working capital / MCA / revenue-based financing, and/or Equipment financing or leasing
• Documented prior funding and closing track record
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with business owners
• Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, summaries)
• Ability to manage multiple deals from lead to funding
• Comfortable in a performance-driven, quota-based environment

Responsibilities

:

• Source, qualify, and close business financing opportunities
• Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Collect, review, and submit required documentation
• Coordinate with underwriting and funding partners
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deal documentation
