We're seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our equipment sales. Position

Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving equipment sales, connecting with customers to understand their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This position involves a blend of in-store customer interactions and proactive outreach to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, including landscapers, contractors, and property managers.
• Customer Consultations: Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of equipment to customers, ensuring they feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, inventory management, and an excellent customer experience.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred; experience in landscaping, equipment sales, or related industries is an advantage. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements

:

: Base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 annually, plus a competitive commission structure
