Overview

As an Entrepreneurial Business Trainee, you'll work directly with customers to promote Frontier Communications' internet solutions. You'll learn how to conduct outreach, deliver effective presentations, answer customer questions, and guide customers through the enrollment process. This is a hands-on training role that offers real-world experience, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement as you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in person, by phone, or digitally to introduce Frontier internet services
• Learn and deliver clear, engaging presentations on available service options
• Assist customers in selecting the best plans for their needs and completing enrollments
• Build positive relationships by providing helpful, professional customer interactions
• Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and service features through training
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Track customer interactions and progress accurately
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach and results
