Full description of the position

We are looking for a detailed Accounts Executive (Sales) for that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

• Understand customer needs, requirements and deadlines.
• Facilitating creation of new accounts by working with outside sales reps.
• Accurately input data & orders into our database.
• Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation.
• Manage sales promotions.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests.
• Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products.
• Alert customer when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives.
• Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery date.
• Expedite or trace missing /delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations and other departments.

Requirements

:

• Must have beauty sales experience
• 2+ years in office admin
• Must have prior B2B sales experience
• Customer Service Skills: Need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• High level of computer literacy (PC literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Flexibility: Occasional travel may be needed. Negotiable. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
