Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce or other CRM software. - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets. - Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
