Job Summary

We are looking for a Highly Motivated Career Driven hungry Salesman looking to grow a company. We are a construction equipment provider for tower cranes, construction hoists/ elevators, and scaffolding. We operate from Maryland through North Carolina and are looking to continue expanding.

Responsibilities

• Find customers and assess their equipment rental needs, providing expert advice on available options.
• Process rental agreements and transactions accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment features, specifications, and usage to effectively communicate with customers.
• Travel and work the road to find new jobs and clients.
• Follow up with customers post-rental to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers and upsell additional services or products.
• Assist in devloping customer relations and growing our customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a retail or rental environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of construciton equipment, tower cranes, and constructionis a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
