Sales Representative - CDL Training Services Richmond, VA Full-Time | Base + Commission Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Total

Compensation

: $80,000 -$130,000+ per year (base + commission) No Cold Calling

About the Role

: CDS/TransTech is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote our CDL training programs to individuals and local employers. If you have a background in automotive sales, solar, military recruiting, or B2C sales, we want to hear from you! This is a high-impact, high-reward role with no cold calling --you'll work with warm leads to help people start meaningful careers in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Promote transportation training programs to individuals and employers
• Respond to and follow up on warm, qualified inbound leads
• Guide students through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals
• Keep accurate records in CRM tools
• Work onsite during standard hours: Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No cold calling - all leads are inbound or partner-generated Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates from these industries often excel in this role:
• Automotive sales
• Military recruiting (especially U.S. Marine Corps)
• Solar or home improvement sales
• B2C consultative sales
• Trade Education admissions , career coaching, or enrollment advising

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of professional B2C sales or outreach experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Driven by purpose and performance
• Microsoft Office
