Client Conversion Specialist (Sales Closer) Falcon Wealth Planning - Ontario, CA (potential for hybrid)

Compensation

: $65,000 base salary with total potential earnings up to $500,000+ annually, based on performance Falcon Wealth Planning, a fast-growing fiduciary financial planning firm, is seeking a Client Conversion Specialist to join our Advisory team. This role serves as the final step in the client acquisition process, partnering with Advisors and Relationship Managers to help close high-value or complex prospects. The ideal candidate is a proven closer--confident, professional, and skilled at earning trust while guiding clients toward informed decisions. Experience in financial services, insurance, or automotive sales is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Advisors and Relationship Managers to close qualified leads.
• Present Falcon's financial planning process and fiduciary value proposition.
• Handle objections with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain detailed records and follow-up activity in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Proven record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and guide clients through decisions.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or automotive sales required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
