Roof Maxx - Entry-Level Sales Representative Location: Arlington. What You 'll Do: As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Roof Maxx -- meeting homeowners, building relationships, and showing them how our green technology can save their roof and their wallet. No need to generate your own leads -- we provide pre-qualified homeowners who are already interested in what we offer. Your Day-to-Day:
• Connect with homeowners and deliver high-energy presentations
• Build strong, trust-based relationships
• Learn proven sales techniques and grow fast
• Participate in weekly trainings and quarterly boot camps

• Base Salary: $26,000 per year + Commission
• 1st Year: $100,000 - $120,000
• 2nd Year Earnings: $130,000 - $150,000
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
