Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative for Promotional Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

: - Identify and prospect potential customers in the designated market - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers - Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast Skills: - Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred) - Proven experience in outside sales or account management - Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Technical sales experience is a plus - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
