Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
• Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed attractively and accurately represented.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential buyers.
• Build rapport with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in additional languages enhances communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
