Compensation

& Growth

• Average Sales Producer: ~$60,000/year
• Top Producers: $90,000+ annually

Compensation

includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new business production goals
• Prospect and generate new business through:
• Phone calls
• Referrals
• Networking
• Marketing and lead databases
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
• Clearly explain policy options based on client needs and personal goals
• Maintain strong knowledge of underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to deliver an exceptional experience
• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Texas Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one prior to start date
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing)
• Confident, self-starter who can work independently
• Highly motivated with strong follow-through
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
