About the Role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 3-4 employees while driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing daily store operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is energetic, confident, and sales focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and coach store staff daily
• Provide excellent customer service and sell fine jewelry
• Approve in-house credit applications and extend same-day credit lines
• Schedule appointments from inbound calls and follow up on missed appointments
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Oversee merchandise presentation and store inventory
• Perform opening and closing inventory procedures

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple employees in a retail environment
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (required)
• Strong follow-through and time-management skills
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiating abilities
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
• Positive, motivated, "Yes we can" attitude
• Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
