Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet every customer within 5 seconds of entering the store with a smile and positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with every interaction
• Learn and apply in-depth product knowledge to assist and educate customers
• Open and close the store responsibly, following all procedures
• Accurately handle cash, operate the register, and maintain proper cash-handling protocols
• Manage crowds efficiently during peak hours with professionalism and control
• Stay on task, use time efficiently, and keep a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Practice quality control and check products in front of customers when completing sales
• Upsell products and encourage return visits
• Post engaging content on social media (Facebook & Instagram) to promote the store
• Show up on time and remain present until the end of each shift
• Use designated break and lunch periods respectfully
• Embrace ongoing learning and continuously improve your sales techniques
• Solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude What We 're Looking For:

• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
