Overview

: We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or looking to launch a new career, we provide the training, structure, and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features clearly and confidently
• Guide customers through financing options and the sales process
• Follow up with leads and past customers to build lasting relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

:

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
