Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) - Home Improvement Full-Time | Base Pay $18 -$20/hr + Bonuses Location: Independence, MO

• Schedule free estimate appointments (phone & in-person)
• Make reminder and follow-up calls
• Enter and update customer information
• Greet customers and guide them through showroom options
• Process payments and assist at the reception desk
• Provide friendly, professional customer service Schedule
• Monday-Friday (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm)
• Alternating Saturdays (9am-5pm)
