Responsibilities

• Sales & Booking: Field incoming inquiries, provide accurate moving quotes, and book new moves for residential and commercial clients.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing schedules and providing excellent service from start to finish.
• Onsite Estimates: Travel within the Richmond area to conduct in-home surveys, providing customers with precise estimates and expert advice.
• Claims Management: Review and settle moving claims fairly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Social Media: Create engaging content for and help manage our social media channels to keep our brand active and connected with the Richmond community.
• Marketing: Support our growth through outside marketing efforts and building local professional partnerships.
• Operations Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations Manager to ensure daily logistics run smoothly. What We Are Looking For
• Adaptability: You enjoy shifting between office tasks, customer meetings, and creative projects throughout the day.
• Communication: You are a natural at building rapport, whether on the phone, via email, or in person at a customer's home.
• Independence: You are a self-starter who can manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks effectively in a small office setting.
• Creativity: You have an eye for social media content that highlights our team's hard work and local expertise.
• Reliability: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required for local travel to onsite estimates. Position Details &

Benefits

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40+ hours per week, rotating Saturdays, one to two per month
• Pay: Hourly rate based on experience (Targeting $45,000 - $50,000 annually).
