Sales Representative - High-Earning Opportunity Haslet, TX & Surrounding Areas $100,000 - $200,000+ per year (Commission-Based) Ready to sell a product people actually want? Impact Home Enhancements LLC d/b/a BAM Coatings is a leader in concrete coating solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. • Meet with homeowners and customers for in-person sales presentations
• Demonstrate our premium concrete coating systems
• Educate clients on product benefits and design options
• Close deals and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline effectively
• Represent BAM Coatings with professionalism and integrity What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (home improvement or in-home sales a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing follow-ups
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented (you like winning -- we respect that)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
