Duties

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments - Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer information - Provide excellent customer service and answer any inquiries or concerns - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update lead status

Qualifications

- Previous experience in automotive sales or sales management is preferred - Strong cold calling skills and ability to effectively communicate over the phone - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic math skills for calculating pricing and discounts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Knowledge of retail math and market trends is a plus - Proven track record of success in outside sales is a bonus We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including: - Base salary plus commission structure If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
